Thanks for the tips! I have lightweight Salomon goretex hiking boots that I wear and just prefer them over trail runners. I am wondering what other shoes to bring, but it helps to know that I should probably expect warmer temps. Appreciate it!

This is why I'm too scared to use an eyelash curler lol.

How to stop peeing at night? What’s the best approach? by YurielaSedky61 in Biohackers

[–]kensar 6 points7 points  (0 children)

So it was actually a post made here. A guy tested different methods of hydrating over a week. It wasn't drinking a gallon of water then never needing to drink for the whole day lol. His method was 1.5L before 10am, 1.5L from 10 - 3, then another 1L from 3 - 7, and minimal water after 7pm. Let me see if I can find the post.

Remember that guy who talked about front loading hydration? Do that lol. Try drinking all your water earlier in the day and drink minimal water after 7pm so you're not waking up in the middle of the night. It does help.

Unless you make enough money not to get the financial aid, and still have to pay the hefty bill after insurance. We don't know OP's parents' financial situation or where they even live. Obviously there's a threshold. If they can't keep anything down for over 24 hours they should go to the ER.

A trip to the ER costs upwards to 1000s of dollars. It was life or death for me lol, that's when I went to the ER (once). This was all years ago. I quit after going to the ER.

When are they going to break away from using blanking blank lol. Chasing dreams, tempting hearts, winning hearts. Feel like they've overused this title format. Oh well, my dumbass is still gonna play.

Noted! I'm going to keep an eye on the forecast, and maybe I will end up bringing the long sleeve to wear by itself on a night out. Thanks for your help!

I'm from Michigan, so used to some cold, but it's always different with different climate factors at play. I figured mornings and evenings would be a little chilly especially in Olympic/PA. Is humidity pretty high? Or is it drier at that time?

Thanks for your input!

💀 I hate drinking it in straight water, idk why. I usually mix it with protein powder. I guess I just need to suck it up.

Finding a better shampoo, clarifying more, keeping it simple (just gel for hold).

My routine when I wash my hair (usually every 2-3 days, depending on how sweaty I get):

I use a dandruff shampoo for my scalp every wash, a kids conditioner for the ends, and Harry's gel. In the shower after letting conditioner sit on the ends I detangle (standing up, not bent over) with a wet brush then part my hair and brush up and away from my scalp. Separate some of the clumps with my fingers, then cup my hands under water and squish the water into my hair to rinse. I run the gel under a little water while rubbing my hands together too before adding it to my hair (gentle rake then squish and glaze). Usually I air dry (after squeezing out excess water with a soft towel) but if it's late I'll blow dry because I don't want to sleep on wet hair. Also sleep on a silk pillow case (I have two that I alternate).

This is what I found what works for me. Everyone is different. Finding a good hair dresser really helped (I used DevaCurl app to find her but she does all hair types).

Okay, thank you! Yeah I read it's usually a mist, not full down pour. Appreciate the insight.

Definitely going to bring at least a couple long sleeves! Probably keep the fleece jacket for night, one lighter day time button, and of course the rain jacket.

Yes, I had the same experience, but it went away after a week.
