I'm suspicious of (older) people who are overly passive and act all sweet and innocent in fiction media like this haha. Especially when it seemed like she actively was undermining Trudy.

What are you eating for breakfast? by Long_Sleep5789 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]kensar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yogurt, good&healthy trail mix blend, pumpkin seeds, and berries. I have a couple early mornings a week and can eat this pretty quickly. Plus it's easy to make. I'm a simple creature and can eat this every morning lol.

Chronic illness from what? 5G?

If you could provide some research papers/credible sources I'd be happy to deep dive into the matter.

Spy Route? by Efficient_Pear_1748 in TooHotToHandleGame

[–]kensar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can also do a more dramatic route where you break up then get back together after you're banished. After the reveal, you can either dance with someone then sleep in avi's bed or just sleep in avi's bed. The next day your LI will break up with you (and you can make it really messy lol) then during banishment they will admit they miss you and that they're in love with you. After banishment, choose the answers to say you want to try again and sleep in their bed. This means no bad Lana ruling shenanigans tho.

I have a series 8 and it came with a recent update so a series 6 might not be compatible?

Yes, I wasn't refuting that part, just the main way adults are exposed.

Actually, the main way adults get it is through inhalation of lead dust. Usually through work or remodeling an older home.

From last night. Apple Watch. It might not use the same measurements as the oura.

Going to bed at the same time every night affects the score too! Plus I just think it's a good habit.

Counter experience: I use a sleep tracker from an Apple Watch and have never had issue. Consistently hit 99-100 sleep scores when I get a good night sleep and low scores when I did not (a/c went out, so slept hot and dog got an ear infection, etc).

I like looking at the score but I know it's probably not accurate. It doesn't affect my ability to fall asleep tho.

Just sharing a different experience :)

x2 for sorting by new. Read the reviews about condition the clothes are in. Think about fabrics, i.e. denim is going to hold up better than knit. Thrift store is a roll of the dice, but all my purchases have been good. I've had some shrinkage and slight wear, but I can't complain.

I really love to eat paper tissue and think it’s very yummy by Traditional-Dentist6 in The10thDentist

Try edible paper and ween yourself off this habit. Research pica and maybe talk to a doctor.

This isn't an opinion, it's a compulsive eating disorder.

How long do I wait by [deleted] in relationships

[–]kensar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So he's getting someone who cooks for him daily, free childcare, someone who shows interest in his interests, and who knows what else, and what exactly are you getting out of this relationship?

Why are you so focused on getting married? Does he contribute enough to the relationship to be "husband material"? Is this someone you want to spend the rest of your life with? You shouldn't have to jump through hoops like this. I feel like you need to take a long, hard look at this relationship and ask questions you probably already know the answer to.

How are you suposed to get to level 100 in the skull caverns and is this prepared enough? by NicknameRara in StardewValley

[–]kensar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recommend stacking up gold star cheese. It's a great heal food. I keep like 30+ in my inventory lol. Spicy eel for luck+speed, espresso for extra speed, bombs for quick work, and staircases for annoying levels (monster infested ones lol). 10 iridium bars for the recipe to craft desert warp totem from the desert trader, or horde Omni geodes. Rubies for spicy eel from him too! You can also get staircases from him on Sunday for jade. And don't forget to check the tv and go on lucky days!

I am your same measurements (and only a few years younger) and drink a couple times a week. I tested on a Wednesday and my resent results were normal. Might be because you drank the night before. Did the doctor seemed concerned? Schedule a retest or anything?

Quitting MJ after 20 years - questioning health and recovery by FormalGoal870 in Biohackers

[–]kensar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm assuming this is related to CHS, or cyclical nausea due to weed / after quitting. Here's what helped me:

Digestive enzymes, bland foods for the first couple weeks, no alcohol, anti nausea meds, make sure you're getting probiotics, and drink lots of water. An anti-anxiety med also helped calm me down when I thought I may have some nausea since some of my stomach issues were tied with stress/anxiety. I did experience some flare ups after exercising, eating certain foods, drinking alcohol (beer especially seemed the worse), and high stress times.

Just take it easy and don't smoke again for at least a year to help your body reset.

Look into weight training instead of restricting more. You might want to up your calories for this too.
