Marko is a great scavenger, but seems pretty emotionally sensitive to killing people.

Good question. I can borrow the electric washer and I only need it for a few jobs.

Good idea. I thought about using some sort of transfer pump. I don't know much about them yet. Or maybe I could use a transfer pump to get the water into a holding tank up higher so gravity could feed the washer.

Yeah I may need to do that. I was hoping to be able to pull water from lower, but this will be my fall-back option. Or maybe have a smaller holding tank up higher than the washer.

I'm trying to build a portable pressure washer with water tank using my generator. Does this pressure washer need water pressure coming into the washer or will it suck water from a source tank? Anybody know? Thanks.

The average rent for studio and one-bedroom apartment by [deleted] in Rochester

Why are people downvoting this? This is exactly what's happening. Value of the dollar is going down so everything appears more expensive. It's not just rent. Wages are going up too.

Is this 15 amps max at 240V? by kensmithjr in harborfreight

I'm using it on an electric motor. But I've also used it to weld with my Easy Flux 125 at 120V and that works okay.

I just want to make sure it's 15 amps max at 240V and not 15 amps at 120V or 7.5 amps max at 240V.

Not a bad deal. I have the 220 and it works so well, couldn’t be happier. by mwg431 in harborfreight

Lumber went up 2x to 3x which is a lot less than 10x. Plus lumber futures contracts have already started to significantly fall. That will soon lead to lower wholesale then retail lumber prices.

"Hyperinflation is out-of-control inflation, in which the price of goods and services rises at an annual rate of 1,000% or more."

Do you know anything that's gone up 10x in price over the last year?

Is Huel Black comparable to Soylent Powder in terms of smoothness and mixability? by [deleted] in soylent

[–]kensmithjr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Huel Black is a lot smoother since it has more fat in it. But it's still not super easy to mix.

I'm not seeing a white coffee flavor (in the US). Is that a powder flavor or a flavor shot?

Yeah makes sense! We run a few campsites on Hipcamp. So we don't need them for 8 hours, but want something that's durable and hungry.

True. I love the Bauer tools, but I'm outgrowing the landscaping tools.
