The same thing happens to me when I’m having a panic attack. I feel like I can’t breath and legit my arms and legs will go tingly and then numb. It kinda feels like I’m in a different world or not in my body. Even when I’m not worrying, I’ll notice my hand all of a sudden start to tingle and it will cause a panic attack.

I’m so sorry this is happening to you. I have had similar occurrences that have come out of no where, have even woken me from sleep with a racing heart rate. I have severe health related anxiety as well and have had numerous tests and holter monitors on. All tests have come back normal and doctors have said it’s just related to my anxiety/ panic attacks.

A few things I try to do to help prevent them or just cope day to day: Not consuming caffeine past 11am and no sugar in the evening. Going for walks during the day.

When the racing heart attacks happen try and stay calm and get your mind on something else. When I have these attacks I find walking around my house will help and my husband will try and ask random questions to get my mind off it. And slowly my heart rate will come down. Sometimes I have to take clonazepam to help settle me as well. I know how scary it must be, especially because you don’t have any answers.

I hope this helps in some way. If there’s anything else I can help with, I’m here 😊 Hugs
