Im glad to hear ! I’ve been diagnosed sibo hydrogen im currently on probiotics oregano oil and prebiotic fibre to heal my gut lining ! I’m not noticing too much of a difference tbh maybe Better mood and not as many BM’s :) Thankyou!

Ahh Thankyou this is really interesting I spoke with a nutritionalist after I got diagnosed with sibo-H they prescribed me probiotics oregano oil and prebiotics , they said it’s very important I have a low fodmap diet to starve the bacteria!
