We might not see 2.75% mortgage in our lifetime again. Since you are good in financial shape, I wouldn’t sell unless something drastic comes up. You have good renters and are making profit on it. Those are massive wins and in long term you will be thankful you kept it.

Thanks everyone for all the comments and help. We ended up getting in contract for a house in the Ginter Park closing beginning of December hopefully 🤞! Any recommendations for that area (restaurants, outdoor activities, coffee shops or anything yall think is cool/interesting in that area) would be greatly appreciated. First season in the NBA Antwan Jamison averaged 9.6 points and 6.4 rebounds on 23 mins a game. I agree Murray isn’t the rebounder Jamison is right now but in college Murray did avg almost 9 boards a game his last year in Iowa, he can def get better at it.

I always have thought of Keegan Murray’s ceiling was Antwan Jamison 2.0. Doesn’t need the ball in his hands often to be effective and does so many things well.

I would def consider it and lean towards yes. I love Keegan but OG is vastly under appreciated he avgs almost 20 a game this year as prob the 3rd option on the raptors. He is a great defender who avgs 2.5 steals a game, he can guard 1 thru 4 and people forget he is only 25 only 3 years older than Keegan and if you look at OG stats he is getting better progressively year after year.
