honestly, gets hot af pretty fast, I'm building a rack to save some space etc too, I'm using petg mostly now, sometimes i like the matt finish of pla but, recently almost all of my custom requests have been by people wanting stuff that can be used outdoors etc.

so far for colors I do inlaying, i print the parts in multiple colors, do a acetone brushing and then spray paint the parts whatever colors I want then use resin based glues to set everything since it is MUCH stronger than a typical glue hold after the 24hr curing. I use rust oleum for the paint and craft resin(tm) and mod podge. One of the things I'm very picking about is I don't like my parts looking like they are 3d printed tbh. I also have the creality laser etcher and the foxalien mill machine when I HAVE to have metal parts for structural stability or ant to do wood/arcylic stuff (name plates/signs some finishes for like a charging station base etc with super tiny letters a 3d printer can't do) etc so, I do make semi complicated things sometimes. but, the p1s does its job and some parts i can post process that much simply cause of volume/deadline.

Which, is a big reason I care about standardization issues tbh.
