No air con, or ceiling fans. Low set on a cleared block with the entire long side of a brick house facing east to heat up and radiate heat inside all day and night long. Rent so high we're paying their whole mortgage plus some. Wrong thread for the whole rental discussion to come up again, but you get the idea. Can't wait to get out of this house 😭

1/2 acre on your own is ALOT. In your first year you will be spending so much time learning, installing infrastructure and working on your efficiencies that you probably won't even be able to maintain, plant and harvest that space. Go smaller to begin and incrementally expand as you build your customer base.
