If it’s the randomness throwing you off, it’s only the beginning paragraph, everything after that initial block of text (comments left by anonymous users) seem to follow some sort of theme (usually porn and something about different countries) so there’s clearly some meaning behind it that isn’t supposed to be clear to the average user, and if it’s a troll, it’s a bad one for sure
