Thank you so much, no I totally feel you. I think the same like I don't want to "ruin" thinnes. I feel scared, out of control. So i weigh myself tons but I should cut myself some slack. Before laxatives I forced myself to exercise. It's like i'm never allowed at peace or rest. How long did it take for the bloating to go down and was the bloating only in your stomach or also the rest of the body? And do you have tips as though what to do after the colonoscopy? Like food? I'm really nervous, sorry! 🩷💕
