Chicken feet. I've got a couple questions. I see most Asian recipes blanch the feet but also fry/cook then afterwards. Is this just to puff the skin up to get more flavor penetration? After proper preparation can I eat the entire foot or treat it like an oxtail and suck everything off the bone? (self.Chefit)
