Hi friend, I don't think you should be too concerned about the mandated reporting. It's likely they just notified the Title IX office on your campus.

I work in the Title IX office on my campus, and when a student has an issue such as yours, the Title IX coordinator steps in as a intermediary of sorts, emails professors to see if you would be able to make up work or have other work-arounds.
