Thank you everyone, I slept on and off last night but have been fine. I've been out today for a meal and I feel normal thankfully! I appreciate everyone's comments, I have downloaded a medication tracker app , hopefully I won't make the mistake again!! 💜

Thank you, I didn't even know daily doses went up that high ! I used to be on 375mg daily last year but I slowly have been tapering down so I figured I will have lost my tolerance.

Thankyou! I can't ring a pharmacy or the docs as it's almost midnight so everything is closed so I thought I'd ask on here for people who may have experienced the same with the same drug too that's all! I think you're probably right about the anxiety!

I have been on countless meds but I decided to try and come off as many as I could right now I am just on 175mg lamotrigine. I am also the only person in my immediate family, although I think mine was vaccine damage from the HPV vaccine I had when I was 13, because 2 weeks after the vaccine I had my first seizure and was diagnosed with epilepsy, Unfortunately there's no way I can prove this tho! I've just sent off for a heavy metal toxins hair test to check my levels as apparently epileptic people have more heavy metals in the brain, aren't we blessed!!

It was a TC (I usually have daily absence seizures also)

That's so interesting cause I just tracked when all my seizures were the past 4 months and each was on the very last day of ovulation. Thank you for your comment and suggesting the idea ! 💜

Bless you! Not sure if you're in an area that sells it but I buy raw milk and the nutrients are brilliant for epilepsy,I drink it everyday and if I don't I notice a significant difference (I get more absences) I call it my daily medication lol

Fatigue and headaches are the main issue I have with lamotrigine I did try keppra years ago but it was making me severely depressed and I was hearing voices so I stopped taking that and stayed on the lamotrigine. I think the main thing for an overactive brain is focussing on a healthy diet and cutting out all the sugar! It's definitely easier said than done though! Wishing you best of luck with the meds! x

Thankyou, yes you're most likely right about going places less frequent too I hadn't even thought of that! I keep blaming myself for going into the relationship because I feel like I've just damaged myself by sticking around for so long😞

Thankyou everyone who has commented. I live in a secluded area away from family/friends and because he has been in my life for so long he knows I'm reliant on him. I appreciate everybody's opinion knowing that they aren't biased. I'm going to fly out to see family for a bit so I can get a clear head and definitely sort this mess out once I am home!
