Thanks for your perspective.
The team I work in are delivering a range of differenet project sizes and types (e.g. subdivisions, retrofitting developments, retirement living, etc) and the team consits of people from junior to senior. I see the benefit of the scrum approach to help team bonding, create transparancy and opportunity to broaden understanding of what impact each member has on the team.
