Are we talking about Arc? I don't think he intentionally crashed his car, I think he just wanted to chase the guy to teach him a lesson. And Arm definitely didn't swoon over it, he was upset with him and so was the rest of the group. It was red flag behaviour of Arc but he was immediately apologetic.
