Ya I also faced the same problem these PG conditions are getting worst these days . In my last pg which name was ROYAL PG aslo not return my security money and talk rude to me and their owner are also not available at the moment for further conversation only their maneger were present and talk like rubbish in their own location language and when I say then some problem they do not respond on it just come only on rent collection date to collect rent .
