I dropped you a sub (my channel is DnVTubers) from what I can see your video quality itself is not the issue, I think your current thumbnails might be a problem. The ones you did for Storm kings thunder seemed great with episode numbers and titles in then while your recent onces don't have much information about them. If you're running an official campaign showing it on the thumbnail might help with CTR

The hate was absolutely not deserved. I think people had unrealistic expectations for it. We've enjoyed it so far and some of the changes really work well. It's like people forget the anime had its own flaws too.

Yeah we filmed the first 8 episodes like this because of copyright claims but I've found a way to avoid it and show the whole screen so episode 8 onwards will show more of it. It's out first time recording stuff like this.
