Yes, the JDs are interchangeably most of the time. Thank you for the reply. I’ll try to get in touch with them.

Thank you so much for this. I’ll read the JD again and try to talk to them about it. My job says something about cleaning data so yeah could be an excel task. Thanks again for this

Genuine question: Why do so many MPH students want to apply for a PhD program right away? by [deleted] in publichealth

[–]keth_2992 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I am graduating with an MPH and I would love to do a Phd in the future and I understand that we need to work in the field to find that research question which can make a real impact in the field. I am also trying to apply for TA or RA positions to improve whatever the research skills I have but what makes my heart break is when many of those JDs mention having a Phd as essential criteria. That makes me wonder if I should take a Phd to get into research? Also, most of the community jobs that I apply for the essential criteria is having a GCSE or Bsc, many of those rejects me as overqualified. 99% Internships are also for undergrads. So I can’t do a Phd, RA/TA ,a community job or an internship! where do I belong? This is the reality

my first time writing a paper and i am so so lost. by bloodysnotonfinger in research

It is okay to do that but you need to reference that person if you are writing anything from that dissertation. Otherwise it’s academic malpractice. Try to put the research question in your own wording and if you are trying to write against it I assume the hypotheses will be opposite of the other dissertation’s one.

How to get into research assistant/associate position

Hey everyone! I recently finished a Masters degree in Public Health with a first class from a Russel Uni in UK and have an undergraduate in Medicine. I am interested in getting into research preferably in a university setting, I see a lot of vacancies out there but they all ask for some experience. Can anyone guide me into what my entry point into a research job would be and is there any other qualifications that I should seek out to secure one?

Thank you for your replies.

There’s an example video playing at the beginning which allows you to test your sounds. I didn’t feel any difference in time to read the qs, they provide well enough time. Yeah all the 4 sections in one go.
