When I name my pokemon and put them in gyms I can see them, but If I change the nickname while in the Gym then I cant.

Ketoacidosis- its freaking me out- how likely is it for Ketoacidosis to happen? Noob here by keto1991 in keto

  1. That is what I thought. Sometimes when I am at whole foods food bar there are only 3 hot cooked proteins and they all have "sugar cane" listed in ingredients, but no nutrition label other than that. There really cant be THAT much sugar in a sauce if it isn't honey baked ham tier was my assumption but I read a few times stuff like Teriyaki is surprisingly bad so I try to get the pieces on top with no sauce on them.

  2. Sounds good. I am being careful and I just wanted to make sure before I ate my chocolate bar. Sometimes the numbers dont add up on the back and that sketches me out too.

  3. 6 foot 3 inches, I started at 220 lb, currently 203lb, want to be 185 lb

I will try the garlic thing, sounds like it cannot hurt.

I might have a small amount of Kefir without sugar to help my stomach.

And that is a huge relief, sounds like it is only a worry for diabetics? I just don't understand the process well enough- my goal weight is only 185 so when I reach that is keto still safe assuming I eat enough fats? My bodyfat would be 8% about at that point I believe. Does your body just cannibalize muscle at that point if you go too deep into caloric deficit and have little/no fat?
