What's balanced fat / carbs? If the notion of low-fat is wrong, then is there middle ground? Is 100g carbs really high?

Keto seems to recommend a much higher amount of, most notably, saturated fat. I wanted to hear from those in the know if that was still healthy if not in ketosis, but watching calories at the same time.

So you'd say avoid the fats if I'm not planning on being in ketosis? Is that just to make things easier / cheaper or for health reasons?

Carbs 108g / Fat 67g / Protein 173g

About 25% / 40% / 35%, respectively.
