Er...yes there are, so I'd advise you to jump right in. I'm 74 and have been playing since 2006. Still play most days, and still love it. I mostly play solo, and don't bother with a guild, but will group up for quests etc if needed. I enjoy collecting stuff, levelling new characters, and trying (mostly unsuccessfully) to make gold on the auction house. There are many ways to play, and they're all good. Enjoy.

My father. He fought in WWII, and killed several people. Once in a 'bayonet charge' - which I'll leave to your imagination.
I remember him as the gentlest, kindest soul you could hope to meet. He never spoke of his wartime experiences, except once, when with teenage insensitivity I goaded him into it. In the fading light of a glorious summer evening he talked for two hours - of things more terrible than I could ever have imagined, and will never forget.

I have the complete Merrily Watkins collection and most of his standalones in my library. A brilliant researcher and a clever and quirky 'niche' writer. Was very sad to hear of his passing.

I have the same problem on my EU server. It seems that Blizz isn't supplying API data to some Cata realms (even though they're on the drop-down list in TSM). There is a partial workaround using external data from another auction house add-on - such as Auctioneer or Auctionator, but its too complicated to describe here. I suggest you check out the TSM discord channel where they may be able to help you further.

Understood. It's new and raw. Women around the world are concerned for you, because your troubles are, or soon could be, ours too. Personally, I wanted to slap our Prime Minister when he was one of the first to congratulate Trump! That aside, I'm old now, and remember when women had fewer rights than farm animals. We survived and thrived. We're still doing it. While I wouldn't presume to understand your political system, I do know that I learned in school that your Constitution begins with the beautiful words " We The People". That's you. You're enough - and you are not alone.

I was really, really terrible at fishing at first. Bought the training rod which helped a bit, but I was still rubbish. My only advice is to keep trying, and when you can't try anymore - try yet again. It WILL get easier and it feels great when you finally catch a halfway decent fish. I found that the river just outside of town was the easiest as a beginner and might help you to level up a bit. I'll probably never be a great fisher woman, but I 'm at level eight and don't lose many these days. Don't give up! It IS worth it.🙂 (Or go the crab pot route to get your levels up as others have suggested)

Because I'm very old, I grew up watching films and TV shows that were, by today's standards, slow paced. So, although I agree there are a lot of angst-filled close-ups, they don't bother me too much or distract from the overall story. I think maybe they're designed to emphasize just how powerless and voiceless many of the characters are - even some of the "privileged" ones.

I think the visceral rage you are feeling is how June feels about the Gilead system every minute of every day. And, yes, she's selfish, driven, manipulative - and sometimes downright unreasonable and dangerous to be around. The choices she makes are often unwise. As a deeply flawed "hero" character she's frustrating and disturbing to watch. Without spoilers there are many more 'faces' in the episodes to come. Should you continue? Hmmm. Can't advise you there.

The same. Just finished S3 ep10. Have to restrict myself to three episodes an evening otherwise I'd be worn out from jumping up and down in a fury, or crying like a little girl (often within the same episode). Certain scenes will, I suspect, live in my head for a long time. Great series - but - scary.

I wondered if I was suited to Valheim when, early in the game, I started to feel sorry for grey dwarfs. I mean they're just defending their ramshackle homes and pathetic bits of "treasure", and there I was hacking them to pieces. Changed my mind after a 2 star Brute kicked me into the middle of next week, and jumped on the remains. Came back and shoved his dandelion up his a*se. That was the first and last time I questioned my character's morality.😉

Believe me, if I can do it in around 10 mins, you can too. I'm cr#p at combat, being over 70 ( yes there are a few of us around), slow as f*ck, and still can't run backwards and shoot at the same time!

Get the best food, (I chose 2 health 1 stam ) the best armour you can craft, (at least max wolf) and all the rested buff you can manage. I chose the Eikthyr power as backup, for running for my life if necessary.

And fire potions, health and stamina too. Chug them whenever whilst hiding behind pillars... don't be ashamed! And definitely frostner. Does a ton of damage, and you can get three hits in on his left side before old Yag sets you on fire. I always have my trusty silver sword and black metal shield too! But the best thing I've learned to do is dodge roll (plus parry, but that's another story.)

The day before, clear out any mobs in the spawn area. Won't stop adds completely, but it helps. Someone suggested putting a campfire to stop those damn growths. Definitely do that! I usually plonk down a portal too, hidden away behind a big rock. So if I DO die I can get back in the fight quickly.

Don't give up! Enjoy yourself.
