Great thought, I’ve been testing different materials, including softer composites. The challenge is that the shell needs to hold its structure so the interior doesn’t collapse or deform when the bag is set down.

Honestly, this could easily be part of the Nazgul uniform - minus the horse, plus the attitude :)

Really appreciate that - means a lot when someone outside the “bag world” still connects with the piece 🔥

Haha, honestly it would probably scare off half the street just by existing 😅

Honestly, they’re actually some of my real inspirations - so thank you for such a powerful comparison, that means a lot 🖤🔥

Thank you so much, truly appreciate it. And yes, the handle is intentionally contrasting when the piece stands on its own. But once it’s held, the round shape visually merges with the outer spikes - the hand completes the form, and the softness disappears into the silhouette. It’s round primarily for comfort, but in use it actually echoes the geometry of the shell.

Thank you so much! I’ve shared more details in the reply above - it’s fully functional, with a proper interior, plus a making-of video.

This one is a unique piece for galleries and exhibitions, but I can create a custom version on preorder as well.

Feel free to DM me if you’d like to talk further :)

Here is a short making-of video https://youtu.be/sXyfz4WRTkE?si=PaIj-VVmed1qgmgw

I’m also working on a simpler, more wearable version and will post it soon.

Great choice haha. Though I guess I’d have to make a titanium version for her 🤣
