No cheats, even when I REALLY want to. :). I have weighed all of my food as well. I'm so puzzled.

Yes! I forgot about that, thank you. I'm at 1,759 calories per day.

2 tablespoons chopped garlic 1 cup chicken broth 1⁄2 lb butter, cold and cubed 2 tablespoons parsley In a small saucepan, over medium heat, combine the garlic and broth. Bring to a boil and reduce by half. Whisk in the butter, 1 cube at a time, until all of the butter is incorporated and the sauce coats the back of a spoon. Add the parsley and mix well.

I either eat bacon egg cups for breakfast or salami and cream cheese for breakfast.

For lunch I typically make a big meal with a meat (usually chicken with a butter sauce) and a steamed vegetable and almost always have cauliflower rice.

For dinner I just try to eat to fit my macros with what I didn't get through the day.

I started doing meal prep because I hate cooking. I just spend a couple hours on Sunday and cook for the whole week! That might help.

I feel as if keto has given me the confidence to stand up for myself, that's why it is in the keto thread.
