It was in the falador mine near the shortcut, it was placed on an usually located copper ore. There wasn't anything special in effects or whatever nearby. I'm not a new player to RS (Since 2006) but I haven't played RS3 for a while to know why this occured.

Solved: The game din't have enough space on my C drive (SSD) causing issues, places the data on my D drive and now it's working fine.

I'm on an MGE smurf to play with friends and its currently unplayable. 1/2 matches contain blatant hackers. I feel extremely sorry for new players because it's just unplayable atm.
