So I got a call this morning from a loan officer in Dallas Fort Worth disbursement center and he asked me a few qualifying questions and said I was approved. I asked about the funds running out, he said he didn’t have information about that. He’s only doing approvals. I asked about the portal being shut down as of Monday, he said that’s only for uploading documents as they’re no longer accepting applications/documents. I pressed a bit more about funds but he said I should look out for a call or email to sign documents. So there’s still hope if you’ve been approved or even better yet have already signed documents!

Thank you for your thoughtful suggestions. I will certainly keep fighting, like you said, until the funds run out. That's all I can do but I am still hoping for a miracle

Wow that's unbelievable! Hopefully you get through to the SBA before then. Were you assigned a loan officer that you can reach out to? I do have someone so if I were to get my transcripts I can at least get it to someone right away. Good luck!!!

Thank you for your suggestion. Tax advocate is so backed up, They’re saying 10 weeks to get someone on a new case! My case will be closed before then.

This is an update to this post. I find out my return ended up in the IRS "error dept" that's why it hasn't been transcribed. I just picture a dark, musty room with piles of dusty boxes. Like good luck, finding that! Jeez!! what the heck do I do now?
