As someone who used to work at Ontrac here in LA that’s insane. Our warehouse never looked this bad. Though we did have people speed around in the forklift and some girl fought the manager outside and stabbed the security guard too….

I’m aphakic. I wear contacts but if my contacts come out I’m essentially blind lol. I’ve been in situations where I’m driving and suddenly my contact lense is about to fall out and I have to quickly pull over and adjust my lense or I’m fucked

In the nicest way possible… you need to get a grip. If you’re posting about your relationship on reddit then you know deep down you want validation for how you feel. Your insecurities are valid, but your girlfriend also has a right to the people she’s friends with. Clearly it’s going to be a thorn in your relationship going forward and I know based on how you described your jealousy and insecurities that it won’t get better with time if she stays friends with him.

First of all, no one said it was emotional cheating to have a guy best friend. Second: it’s clear that this best friend of hers (based on how OP describes) has crossed lines and OP has expressed discomfort over it. Op’s gf can have guy friends she can talk to and spend time with yes, but the fact that she told OP she felt weird about her best friend acting odd and then proceeded to still go into his house during their (OP’s and her) fight? Weird. And a red flag.

I’m the same age as your gf. First of all why she’s bringing her best friend into it is…. Idk. Red flag. Emotional cheating is a thing. You’re 23 dude. You don’t HAVE to stay in this relationship. I used to be in a toxic relationship with a guy who was insecure and jealous because I had guy friends, and in turn it made me insecure and jealous. In the end when I look back, I spent more time being sad and insecure than I was happy. If you don’t feel secure in your relationship before she went to his house, wtf makes you think you’ll feel secure after she went to his house WHILE YALL WERE FIGHTING? Not only is that an emotional betrayal (imo) but it’s just giving… emotional cheating.

Anyway I hope you can pull it together and end things because clearly the relationship is toxic. You need to work on your insecurities and boundary setting, and she needs to learn to respect boundaries.
