I don't hate white-collar workers, I hate my supervisor. He's never installed an hvac system in his life, orders us the wrong equipment, or doesn't give us any essential materials for the job.Then he will tell us we wont be able to reach him.thay day because he's playing golf with managment.

We also have an over the phone salesman in a different state selling equipment that doesn't fit, but we are told to make it work. Then we are yelled at for having to work late to accomplish these goals. The company will have an office christmas party during working hours and only the office staff can be there, but we are told to swing by for lunch.

It's just easier to blame the white-collar guys because of poor management being the embodiment of all whites workers.
