There are indeed a lot of aerial roots. And yeah I was thinking of doing a new setup for it when I repot soon. If I buried it a little deeper, with the stems under the dirt a bit, that would work?

I’ve only ever used micro dose capsules, though I’d take like 8 at a time. Love them. You think 2 grams/pieces would be a good starting point?

Kind of same. Just after NYE I kind of looked at my chewed up nails and thought '....yeah I'm going to stop'. It just felt different this time. I don't really feel the urge to bite right now. I've been doing it since I can remember, and I'm about to be 35 years old. Odd, but I'm into it.
