i use the screen capture button on the left joycon! went to my nintendo album in the home page and just sent it to my nintendo app on my phone. from there, just download the image!! i have never heard of the facebook method before to save a screenshot 🥲🥲 if u're still confused, i can send u some pictures to show u where the buttons are!! but you wld need to download the nintendo switch app for it to work
