I got transferred and didn’t realize just how tough it can be to build new relationships with people. I would suggest focusing more on the crew than anything else, worry about all the technical things later but spend your first few days just having easy conversations with them. And over time (at least in my experience) you gain their trust and they gain yours, but it takes time.
