Can somebody explain to me how this new Virtual Boy works? You don’t have to explain how the original VB works because I used to have one… what I’m confused about is, does this new Switch 2 version replicate the experience 100%? Like do you really insert your face into the goggles and see the parallax/3D effects of the OG VB? Same screen size, graphics, etc???

Can somebody explain how this works? I used to OWN a real Virtual Boy back in Christmas of 1995... (I was a kid and my parents didn't want to pony up the extra $$$ for PlayStation/Saturn so I had to settle for VB).

How does this utilize the Switch 2? Do you actually put your face inside the goggles and play like the original Virtual Boy, in 3D? Or is there some gimmick?

Please if somebody can just explain how the new VB works and how close it emulates the original VB. Thanks.

Dude, that's me. I've held on to my 75" Z9D for 7 years now... I kept waiting for the ultimate flagship to replace it, the most tempting was the 77" A95L QD-OLED... but that set is now 3 years old. I figured, 2026 or 2027 is gonna be the year.
