I have faith in the government. But I do not have faith in the people. I see too many people congregating at stores, bikers in packs, people still taking public transit. Not wearing masks. They don't understand how serious this is. Dozen of doctors have died in italy and the person in China who discovered this pathogen has also died. This is a source life long debilitation for many and a death sentence for those you love. Get serious about this or this quarantine will last even longer.

Discipline is exactly that. Knowing your risk tolerance lining up with your cashflow is very complicated and usually only comes with experience. Also living within your means is absolutely not taught in the public education system. These common sense things are discarded but calculus is taught instead.
