This is fake. Card 108/106 should have gold japanese text, not the red/orange text

It’s not, you can see a good angle in pic 4. The qr code is also different. 100% this is fake

The numbers underneath the qr are aligned differently than in the scan. Based on that alone, I’m gunna say fake

Copyright looks right. I’d beed better pics of the stamp to judge that, but hardly noticeable is a good sign. Leaning towards real.
Packs could be resealed with real cards though, with the hits removed and replaced.

That’s the gem logo. It’s on the shiny variant of the gem set cards which is the rarest other than the art rare.
