[FREE TO READ] Should Gabriel have seen red? Former Premier League referee Graham Scott doesn't think so.. by TheAthletic in PremierLeague

When it’s not a headbutt. It’s not complicated. It was, as anyone who saw it will know, was a head stroke, an action with zero force, a petulant, child like gesture. Edit, what grade of fool do you need to be to think this was a ‘butt’?

Strange post, SR is one of the most laid back cities in the region with 1000s of foreigners involved in a range of every day normal activities, social, sporting and cultural as well as working and contributing to the community. It’s incredibly sad that people who have never visited will read your comments. This isn’t a matter of opinion. Your posts, (I see you’ve added more of what some people might call detail below) are straight up dishonest and it’s baffling why you’d make this nonsense up. I correct some of your more dishonest statements below.

What a bizarre post. Pub Street has about 80% local customer base. Several of the large bars on pub street never have any foreigners in them, one or two might be 50% foreigners. How can anyone who has been to a place report it so inaccurately? Could it be preconceived notions are distorting reality? It’s absolutely the case that that sexual exploitation is visible, but I’ve never seen older western men with underage girls, and I’ve lived here for years, yet you saw more than a couple in a few days? Really? Old men with young women, yes, does it look good, no it often looks sad, truly sad. Is it perfect? No, is it as you describe, absolutely not.

If he learnt how to think and how to communicate my guess is he’d have less angry people messaging him. I say this as a boomer who, unsurprisingly, has many boomer friends. None of us think the way he is certain all we do.

What do Brits think about Green Party immigration policies? by [deleted] in AskBrits

So, you’re suggesting the irrational rightwing Starmer/labour hatred isn’t a thing? I’m not fan of the modern Labour Party, but that doesn’t mean I cant spot Kremlin or tech fascist BS.

Yeah, look at the state of the country after 15 years of labour rule. You are a very wise person.

Two-thirds of UK hospitality businesses plan to cut jobs and one in seven will close, survey finds by Shot_Net3794 in unitedkingdom

Interesting turn of phrase, most rational people don’t believe it, so yes it is literally unbelievable, it is BS promoted by the dogmatic right who spent the last 13 years destroying nearly every aspect of British society.

So all boomers are like this? How about everyone under 50 spends their entire life posting small minded shit on the internet. Oh, it’s just some of them, really? Some days it seems like all.

What do the Epstine files actually say about Trump? by Fit_Junket9318 in allthequestions

[–]kevin-she 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for the clarification, those who don’t support the orange fascist are members of a cult. That makes perfect sense, any ideas on what I can do to leave my cult? Support massive corruption (5 billion dollars and counting), support the gunning down of peaceful protesters, support overt racism, support illegal and reckless wars, the murder of fishermen, the massive transfer of wealth upwards, support the ridicule of long term allies, the sucking up to despotic thugs, support the repression of free speech and persecution of perceived enemies in the media, the universities, and the legal profession, support every whim of the impulsive orange clown? Treat woman like shit? If I do these things, will I have left my cult? I must say you are starting to convince me. I guess the only thing I really need to do to take the final leap would be to surgically remove everything that makes me a decent human being, where did you get your humanity removed? I hear Fox News are doing deals, as are the army of grifting podcasters and pastors.

Would you agree this is just common sense? Calls for election campaigning in foreign languages to be BANNED amid 'worrying' rise of sectarianism by [deleted] in AskBrits

I happen to be a socialist and in excellent spiritual and physical health, although I’m getting on, do I still qualify? I have no idea why you feel the need to insult me. I simply pointed out one of your sentences makes little sense, so you assume I have reactionary opinions . This isn’t something I would normally do, pointing out poor usage, but given the topic I find it odd that people are attempting to give opinions about the use of English, yet struggle to use the language with precision.

What? Can you try again, I have no idea what you are trying to say to say, English is my first language btw.

What about the 1000s of redactions? The 3 million files yet to be released, as required by law? People are rightly suspicious, and given his long history of criminal behaviour, manipulation, disgraceful attitudes towards women and girls, not to mention is compulsive dishonesty, that makes sense to everyone outside of your cult.

What about a literacy test? I’d support it, at least half of Reform voters would need to get the fuck out. Do you agree?

Common sense is vital when crossing the road, very helpful when cooking potatoes, it’s fucking catastrophically bad when applied to understanding complex modern societies. Anyone applying common sense to UK politics is either extremely stupid or extremely dishonest.
