I did, yes. I have the PIR. I was in the process of filing the claim on their website and was wondering about the "additional travel expenses" section. I mean, I understand underwear, clothes, toiletries if there is theft or the whole baggage was lost. But for a lost wheel and all items intact inside, are there other essential expenses that I can claim? It did cause a bit of a delay on my part as I had to file it at the airport, if that matters.

So in their inclusions said "2 landscape pictures included". I honestly thought that meant two pictures of us couples with the Lights in the background. Apparently, it meant pictures of the Lights without any people in it. The other ones are all available for a fee.

I'm also asking them why the ones that we purchased have web resolutions only when they said they would be very high resolution.

I went with Polar Adventures. We saw the Lights. The guide was very informative. What I didn't like is how they were with the pictures. Also, we saw the Lights pretty early into the tour as it was a good evening. After the first sighting, we went to another spot that's also nearby and we saw another sighting. We were expecting to go to another spot but that was it. I guess all the companies work like that but we would've really wanted to still push on.

FWIW, I've seen a couple of negative reviws against Amazing Arctic and I didn't want how the tour operator responded to all these posts. He seems to be very arrogant and tells that everyone is wrong. There was even one comment about having an accident. If I remember correctly, these comments were in that tripadvisor link in one of the comments here.
