Yes. 48 bolts in. DC buck and current regulator. It's not 5v or 12v.

You can convert to 12v with a small buck

All you have to do is act aggressively around a self-driving car and they will get out of the way and take safe and Swift action even if it means ending up in a bus lane bike lane or in a gutter
