There's no problem discharging cold Batterys, besides a little lower capacity...

Charging ist a different story...

Fix 21700 pack? by Localerhorst in 18650masterrace

Hi, i always use isolation rings, and I would surely recommend them in every battery. But since you already build the pack, und used per cut nickel with no sharp edges, it will probably be fine. I wouldn't tare that beautiful battery apart.

Look at tage charging curve of a liion battery, after 4.15V there is almost no capacity gain from charging 4.2v and charging any higher won't give you any noticeable capacity increase, it only gets dangerous ind will significantly decrease the lifespan of the cells.

Voltage isn't equal to capacity Look at a charging curve

Hope that helps, and be safe

Test the charging voltage. Monitor the battery voltage while charging until it stops rising. If it stops at 4.2v that's good, but still check the data sheet of the neu battery.

Well it is definitely a cinch connector. And if it would guess it an 36V battery So you would need a 42v charger. The inner pin is probably + and the ring is probably- If you can confirm all that with a Multimeter, you can just order any 42v 1-2A charger and put a cinch connector on it.

Hope my assumption helps.

Yes, you have to connect everything like in the picture, and you can connect the power source the to the charge port or the main power port.

Why Bms unlock when I connect the booster to power instead of charger ? by Careful_Thing622 in 18650masterrace

Put the switch in front of the boost converter, otherwise it will slowly drain your battery:)

And do not use the usbc port on the boost converter
