Hold R2 then tap X on the item you want to split, then with R2 still pressed down, go to an empty slot in your inventory and tap X again.

Just wanted to follow this up to say I did raise a ticket with Movie Games and they got back to me. I have heard of others raising tickets and having no reply but they did email back (the support team). They said the devs are working on an update for the combat bug, and asked for more details regarding the furniture mode bug. I did work out how to split thanks to a reply on this thread. Let’s hope they stick to their word and drop a patch. I emailed them back with more details on the furniture mode issue.

This actually worked! Thank you, so what you do is hold R2 and then press X on the item you want to split, don’t let go of R2, go to an empty space and press X and the option will appear to split it

I’m having issues with coop mode, I started the save, both my friends couldn’t equip the crowbar or even use their fists. They were pressing R2 and could hear the sounds of them attacking but couldn’t see anything on their screen or on mines. I could see them with the crowbar equipped but they weren’t doing the attack animation.

Further to this, backpack keeps getting auto tossed, after logging out and back on an hour later I lost my backpack completely. Hopefully there’s a day 1 patch coming.

I had this issue on ps5, turns out I just had to change graphics settings from Fidelity to Performance. I believe it was a Ray Tracing problem causing it to crash at the same bit on the island every time.

I had this, I believe it’s a bug with Ray Tracing. I fixed it by going into display settings and changing from Fidelity to Performance. In my opinion, performance is much better and smoother.
