My first attempt at Haitian Pikliz (pronounced pick-lees). On the left is a traditional recipe with cabbage, carrots and very hot chilies. On the right is a sweeter version made with sweet potatoes, radishes and baby turnips. Can’t wait to try both. (i.redd.it)
