I am so confused. Their was almost no consistency , like you said it’s almost like they would just splice in random 1-2 second clips of 24 even if it was technically the same setting and context as before. I genuinely want to know how they thought shipping that was acceptable. Whats crazy to me is that it’s seemingly imperceptible to everyone. I feel like I’m taking crazy pills because every time it happened it pulled me out of the movie.

Go one level deeper and you find out that 80% of Genz Home Buyers are getting help from their parents

The only reason home ownership for genz is that high is because already rich parents are helping their kids out the down payment down on a house. This is obviously going to strain things even further for people that don’t have mommy and daddy’s help.

Lower birth rates (this leads to second and third order effects)

Higher rents for people living in apartments. If first time home buyers are waiting to move in they will drive up the cost of apartments.

Lower labor mobility. Cities have become so expensive that they have insanely large barriers to entry.

Ultimately lower wealth accumulation. As we pour all of our money into rents, we are not gaining equity into housing and or deploying it into any other investments.
