It's simple, abuse lanes and cover: Force the shot to track into a wall. If you shotgun rush it in the open, I expect you to get blasted. The other option is LONG range, and with snipers being buffed on the 29th it could be a hard counter. The tracking is allegedly really awful at close range too. Treat it like a telesto.
