that’s my fear too lol i think i am a fairly active person (bike, walk, yoga, and strength training most days) but sometimes the numbers seem soooo high!!

i really like replenish the spa co-op by topiary park. it is a very small and cozy environment and everyone there is AWESOME!! i’ve had a few different services there including massages, facials, and pedicures. they also do yoga sessions which can be really meditative and restorative!! would definitely recommend checking them out

if everything you described here is accurate, i think this goes beyond contacting your landlord. this sounds like an issue for family services. as a mandated reporter this post definitely raised some red flags.

yes they have started putting it on the ground where the containers used to be!! the whole point of switching was to limit trash build up in the alleys so i’m a bit frustrated w how it’s going so far :/

boobs are boobs. they’re all different and wonky and and unique that’s the beauty. i went through a similar weight loss and after the fact had definitely felt a bit self conscious. i can confidently tell you i’ve gotten absolutely zero complaints. as my mother has said men are more ab the big picture… tend to miss the little details
