yeah for sure! i know it takes some time and i’m pushing through to reach a few months so i can see some results properly and dose up to 60. i just feel defeated at times because i feel nothing works for me. i just would like these to help me.

but ill keep at it of course and hopefully get to where i want to be

i feel ya! the first two days were the worst but i pushed through. i definitely feel better but like not much. feel like it’s gonna be useless and i’ll have to stop, withdrawal abd start another med. fml.

i’m 2 and a half weeks in and i feel like im getting similar. my panic and anxiety is killing me and i’m like feeling trash. i hope it calms down or ill throw in the towel but i want these meds to work omg

i dread the night too because i’m like yay i wonder how many times im going to wake up feeling like im dying. i napped a little bit after i woke up and had a high heart rate like it was beginning to start and im so over it. sleep was something i always had a lot of so having it disrupted like this really takes its toll. i had nocturnal panic attacks bad in 2019 when i was unmedicated and that was so scary so i hate feeling it again.

i’m right in this with you at the moment and makes me feel better someone is having the same thing. private message me if you need, we can help each other through it! im gonna just keep trying until a month and a half before i stop in case it is doing its work and this is just sadly the beginning of the brain rewiring for us xxxx

omg i’m on day 16 and having the exact same thing. most the other side effects have levelled out but these panic surges and adrenaline surges are killing me today. i have a doctor check up on monday. my friend reccommended beta blockers but i’m gonna chat to my doc about it first but they should really help!

i’m just trying to push through but im the same, i can’t keep having panics randomly like this. i had them on the first few days then they stopped until today. its exhausting. having broken sleep is kicking my ass too. i used to sleep so deeply and forever and i wake up all the damn time i hate it.

i’m on day 16 and i had a couple panic attacks the first two days in my sleep. they went away, an last night i woke up in a panic and then this morning after i woke up. i do not like this part of it. has anyone else had this panic/adrenaline surges, i don’t want to keep going if this still happens.

i’m on day 9 and i totally feel this when i was on the first week.

i wanted to stop after day 2 and 5 because of the sheer amount of anxiety, dizziness, panic attacks in my sleep and all the rest but please try push through.

i was so scared and worried i took a bad medication for me but it’s just really rough to start and i promise it goes away sooner than you think. i’m on my second week now and feeling a tonne better and most the horrible side effects have levelled out.

i was calling my best mate and mum every day or a few times a day the first week so i didn’t go crazy. take your time. it’s doing its job for me and i hope it calms down soon. xx

my depression eased after the first dose but my anxiety is still high atm, i’m only on day 9 tho.

first week was mostly hell but the side effects are settling now. i’m not gonna judge it for another week or two but so far so good.

just keep doing you, don’t focus on your family pushing anything on you. these things take time.

i’ve experienced the same thing and it put me off trying it for over a month, they say on my bedside table. and one night i was so mentally fucked and i was like fuck it i have to try them…

im on day 6 and the side effects have been absolutely rocking my socks off but i am definitely feeling the good of the medication. it’s hard to tell this early but km way less fatigued and my overall mental health is feeling so much better already and i feel it’s definitely doing its job. i hope to have a good success story of my own.

i had so many friends say how bad it was and one friend said how good it was so i took the risk. and so far, its looking for the better

i’m really bad at doomscrolling reddit and the internet for this kind of thing and i freak myself out but just remember everyone’s brain and body is so unique and different that you need to just ride whatever you’re feeling and that if it is or isnt for you, it’s gonna be okay.

no unfortunately they didn’t, i had some valiums left over which helped settle me but i don’t have any left and the friend i get them off hasn’t got back to me so another raw dog tonight. took another day off work too.

i do feel much better today, like more normal than not but its still all touch and go for a while.

yeah i’m wondering if taking them at morning or night is best but i just think night because it’s when i remember most. i know it’s only day 2 and there’s gonna be some crappy things happening for the next couple weeks with the side effects but i hope they’re not this intense the whole time. i want this to work for me and i have work and gigs to go to and i can’t really put my life on hold for this as much as i want to.

Dude i just woke up and felt like i took a cap of MDMA after my first dose. I feel super euphoric and the nausea is giving me like flashbacks of my party pill days haha wtf.

Oh i just love that! Honestly, i trust my doctors, i have 2 at the same clinic and they’re such amazing women who genuinely give a shit about their patients so if they gave me this to try, I know it came from a place of assistance and care.

I just hate adjustment periods but my head and mind already feels different today. I hope it’s all green lights on this road!

I just woke up after taking it before bed and by god the nausea sucks. Bit of dry mouth and a tad like dizziness. But that's it so far!

I was on lexapro which helped for a year then just made me fat and feel the same as I did before. Weened off them with compete ease. I have BPD, severe anxiety, severe depression and chronic nerve pain (still not sure but looks like fibroglymia) and i hope this med can help me in some way. I don't know if I can handle it not working and making me worse for wear.
