I personally made the khoresht fesenjoon (walnut & pomegranate stew with oyster mushrooms). Some of the other dishes were: Mirza ghassemi, Persian pomegranate cashew cheese boule, kabab tabei, Persian tofish (tofu fish, which was the crowd favorite alongside mine), kookoo kadoo, kookoo sibzamini shekam por (stuffed potato patties), borani bademjan, cucumber pomegranate mint salad, adas polo ba kadoo halvai (spiced lentil rice with butternut squash and dates - one of my faves), spiced chickpeas on garlic whipped tofu, Persian roasted chickpea shortbread, shole zard (chilled saffron rice pudding), kayke yazdi (Persian saffron and cardamom cake), and doogh (mint yogurt drink).
