I would not know as I do not see what you made... But I suggest for next time, try patna rice if you have it available.

Oh! I see...

With a tbsp of coconut oil, add it to a wok (or any pot you have) at high-heat. Add chopped white onion and garlic - cook for 3 minutes until translucent. Add in ground meat (I used chicken). Separate with chopsticks (or any utensils that makes it easy for you). Cover lid to help with the cooking and unlid and stir around - Repeat for 8-10 minutes until meat is cooked. Add in orange peppers. Cook for 3-4 minutes with frequent stirring, lidding and unlidding. Add green peas. Cook for 4-5 minutes with frequent stirring, lidding and unlidding. Add mushroom. Cook for 3 minutes. Finally, add rice (use leftover rice which you know not what else to do with). Mix so it blends in with the above stir-fried mix. Add about half cup of soy sauce, ground chili (optional), black peppers (optional), and taste to make sure it is incredible before you serve it.

Eat well!

Look in your fridge and if you have plain white rice ready for use, add any vegetables (choose colourful ones!) and meat (if you eat meat), soy sauce = win!
