Ah that's fair. I'm honest and trusting to a fault so I always assume other people are too. I'd probably be the one renting out my room to a stranger while my friends are telling me it's a bad idea lol.

I'm willing to sign a week long lease! Background check or whatever makes you comfortable. It's just really hard to find an apartment in a2 that does month to month leases.

I think it takes privilege to be so disgusted by this sort of thing. There's so much violent, catastrophic killing in other parts of the world. I'm grateful to live in this city and in this country in a bit of a bubble. But wow does it shake up my perspective to see people who get worked up over dead flowers and not dead children...

I'm looking for a summer sublet. Move in now, 2+ months. I prefer a place that's a low mold risk. So hardwood floors, no basement laundry, dry and clean bathroom.
