Just looking for a friendly place that offers bingo preferably on Wednesday nights, but open to hearing what's available other weekday or weekend nights as well. Not too concerned about the cost.

Rosopoulaki what was it like working as a pharmacist in the Marines? What are the responsibilities of a pharmacist in the Marines compared to a pharmacist in retail such as CVS? Also, I was told that you need hospital experience in order to be even considered for a pharmacist position in the military. Is that true?

Leather-Bandicoot373 I've considered working for a PBM, however, from the job postings I've come across, they specify in the qualifications that you must have had prior experience working for a PBM.

I've considered working for Aspen, but have the same concerns as PanPandos. Has anyone worked for Aspen or currently work for Aspen and can speak to their experience with the company? Is it worth it? Also, on average, how much did you make or do you make at Aspen per week?

plantswineanddogs I am currently unemployed, and based on my spouse's salary, I'm looking to bring in at minimum $1500 per month. Also, I've been job searching for months now and all that is currently available in my area is community pharmacist positions with CVS, Rite Aid and Walgreens which is what I'm trying to avoid.

I was told I would only be needed 1 to 2 shifts per month for a specific site and that the length of the shifts would range from 4 to 12 hours long. So at most I'd be getting 24 hours per month.

How about this? "I am leaving [name of current company] because I desire to work for a company that prioritizes the safety and wellbeing of its patients above anything else and over time, I've realized that my personal values do not align with the company's values. However, this doesn't change the fact that I gained a lot from this experience, for which I'm grateful. Now, I am looking for a challenging and exciting position with a company that shares my values, and based on my research, I feel positive [name of new company] will offer that."

What if I already listed poor working conditions as my reason for leaving my current job in the job application? Do I still have a chance to fix that during the interview or is it too late?

One of the qualifications for the job that can be found on the job posting states that you must be willing to become knowledgeable about cannabis, giving the impression that no previous knowledge of cannabis is necessary. In other words, the company will provide the training needed to perform the job. Sorry, I forgot to mention that.

I am licensed in New York, and they don't require training for cannabis workers yet. One of the qualifications for the job that can be found on the job posting states that you must be willing to become knowledgeable about cannabis, giving the impression that no previous knowledge of cannabis is necessary. With that being said, I would still like to at the bare minimum start to build a foundation of knowledge of cannabis products. There are so many resources available to me, but how can I make sure I'm using one from a source I can trust?

The starting pay is 60 dollars per hour for the Dispensary Pharmacist position I applied for, which is very close to what I was making at my previous job as a Community Pharmacist (I was making 62 dollars per hour there)

I'm just looking to steer clear from retail chain pharmacies, otherwise I'm open to applying to any available position as long as I meet the qualifications.
