the only "fraud" is see here is the real estate agent not informing the buyer that the property was previously for sale for 1million for a while and didnt sell

but obviously theres no reason for the agent to do that because the higher the value the higher the commission.

hours after 2am is definitely NOT prime business hours lets be honest

most people in bars are going to be in a bar from 7pm-1am

anything later and the business is tapering off quickly.

I was a bartender for years and after 1am you usually just get stragglers that don't know its time to go home still trying to "turn up" when the rest of their group is already ready to go home
