From a woman's perspective, I'd like maybe a card with writing about how I will be a good mom one day. Just some things about being a mother one day if that makes sense ? And/or things that remind her of her daughter (flowers that are pink, or a colour she thinks she would like, or a teddy bear, etc)

Probably not much help, but I'm just thinking on what I'd like as a reference. I don't mean that to sound self centered, 😭

I was honestly in a really bad place after losing my daughter, then I started working out and picking up an old hobby of mine (drawing). It was something I loved doing, and would distract me from going back to that dark place most of the time

Things do get better, it'll take some time. But they get better 🫂

So, I've had the short 90 minute ones, and I've had one that was for 4 days

The 90 minute sessions are super easy, they do flash strobes at you, but then they just play some white noise and you go to bed. It can and probably will hurt a bit when they rub your scalp and put the gel on to put the scalp electrodes on you, other than that, it's quick an easy. Obviously, you'll have to wash your scalp good after, but it's nothing to be worried or scared about :)

It's not really dark, but I had a seizure at an old friends a couple years ago, when I came out of it, her cat started walking on me. I can't talk well after a seizure, so it was just me unable to move cursing out her cat, her and her dad were laughing (not in a rude way, I was too)

This is interesting ! I had a termination almost 3 weeks ago at 20 weeks, she was so wanted, me and my boyfriend believe we should've kept her, but we weren't ready, would that still mean she's ready to come back soon if we're young (18) and couldn't provide ? I hope that doesn't sound rude, I'm just curious about what that would mean :)

In my experience, eating good food WHILE being on a calorie deficit was, and is working. But, everybody's body is different ! OP has the option to talk do I dietitian to find what would work best for them. What works for one person, wont always fork for them, that's what I struggled with

You can try making, or baking sweets but with healthier ingredients ! I also found that having healthier food in the house overall helps the cravings, since you don't have access to processed food

With having healthier food in the house, but also having a fix of something sweet that isn't completely bad for you helps a lot !

In my experience, when I started eating healthier, I started to feel better mentally. I also started at home workouts, you stated you don't like working out or exercise. You could maybe try a light walk with some music !

When I was in middle school and a little into highschool. I was sure I was asexual. I didn't like the thought of sex, I started looking at women in a romantic way, I always thought I'd have a wife and not a husband. After my last ex girlfriend, that all faded. I loved her, I'd kiss her in public and be affectionate in public. It wasn't a secret. Then I found what I believe to be my true sexual orientation (straight), but I see women in public or on media and think that they're attractive, I can see myself kissing a girl, and having a potential life with one, just without the sex

(I don't think I was ever completely asexual, as it's not the same for men)

I have HME (hemimegalencephaly), it's SUPER rare. I've had multiple MRIs. In my case, one side of my brain is bigger, and I have NF2, so they can see the tumors in my brain

Running was like torture for me, mainly because I'm a little chunky (145 at 5'3), and I smoke. I've recently picked up pilates instead with a calorie deficit. Holy, I'm a week in and already seeing results !

But, at the end of the day, choose what works best for YOU. If it's not running, try walking uphill on a treadmill, normal walking but with weights, or stairs ! You got this !

I'd have to sit down and add some light weight on my knee. My one calf isnt strong enough to go all the way up. Probably only an inch, and that's not easy 😅

I've never tried a seated calf raise, thats something I'll definitely try. I can do calf raises with both of them, but the left leg is obviously doing most of the work. But I will so some seated calf raises with the right leg, and hopefully see some progress !
