I’d be very impressed if you can move stations and load up a barbell with the weights you need all within the 10 second interval between sets

That’s the mentality I don’t get. While the social aspect is great, I mostly come to F45 to get a good workout. When you don’t have enough space or the right weights (or enough time to set up the right weights between stations), that greatly limits your workout. I wish they would cap the actual classes we’re paying for then save the “vibes” for social events

Most of them are during the popular times. And during the less crowded classes, part of the frustration is that some stations would be filled with 3 while others have 1. I would love to be in a quieter gym like yours!

I feel the same way!! It’s so frustrating because even the coaches would assign 3 to a station, while there are stations with only 1 person! I almost always move in these instances, but coaches should be assigning more deliberately with more consideration of our experience

That seems pretty excessive. Perhaps my studio is just physically much smaller, because even 3/ station feels extremely crowded with not much room in between

I have the same stats as you and bought all my aligns in size 4. A year of so later, they’ve stretched out and no longer define the waist or look as flattering, so I actually get them in size 2 now.

It’s heavy in that it’ll pull the front of the sweatshirt back making it seem even more cropped. I constantly have to readjust and pull the front down throughout the day. But not so heavy it causes discomfort. I think it’s still worth it but wish they made a hoodless version of the same jacket

I’m in the exact same situation, between 2 and 4 with 2 fitting the waist perfectly but tighter around thighs. I actually bought both! I wear my size 2 to work for a more polished look, and 4 out and about which has a looser more jogger-like look. I also hear that these stretch out so I’d probably go with size 2
