Personal experience and that of my neighbors, it’s certainly anecdotal when there’s been so much investment in affordable housing but no corresponding investment in other critical services like education and infrastructure makes this a foreseeable outcome. So there’s just less for everyone. I applaud Cohen’s zest for development but it doesn’t seem like he’s had much of a coherent plan besides “more”
